Getting you to the right help

Responsible boundaries are part of good support.

Purple Elm must never appear to provide regulated services it is not authorised to provide. If someone needs specialist or regulated help, we will explain that clearly.

Where specialist help is needed
This may include regulated debt advice, insolvency advice, legal advice or specialist welfare-rights assistance. Purple Elm will help signpost or refer people to an appropriately qualified organisation.
